The Bullet Proof Designs TPS Sensor Guard is a smart upgrade for any 2-stroke rider running a TPI (Transfer Port Injection) system. Designed to replace the vulnerable OEM plastic cover, this guard is CNC-machined from high-strength aluminum to offer reliable protection for the Throttle Position Sensor—an essential electronic component that, if damaged, can result in performance issues or ride-ending failures.
This guard is built to withstand impacts from trail debris, roost, and tip-overs while keeping the sensor housing secure and free from wear or cracking. Designed for an exact fit, the guard installs quickly with factory hardware and is compatible with all KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas TPI 2-stroke models (2018–2023), as well as 2025 Fantic XE bikes.
