Business Days & Holidays

Business days are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST, excluding:

• New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day & the Day after
• Christmas Day
  
  

Domestic Orders

• Orders placed before 2 pm CST, Monday–Friday will ship the same day if in stock. Backordered items will ship separately as they become available.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
  
  

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges required by their country.
• These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.
  
  

Imported Products & Potential Delays

• Some products are imported specifically to fulfill orders and may experience extended transit times due to ocean transit, customs inspections, or logistical delays.
• While we work to ship these items promptly, delivery times may vary and are outside our control. Customers will be notified of any significant delays when possible.
  
  

Shipping Notes

• “Same day” shipping applies only to items in stock.
• Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen events.
